Jay has over 20 years of experience working in human movement as a coach and fitness trainer and believes there is room in everyone’s yoga practice for laughter, hard work, dedication, patience, and acceptance.
In Jay's classes, you will explore a variety of postures in a flowing yet detailed manner. He believes that regular breath work and meditation provide a depth and richness to the practice.
A few fun facts about Jay:
He is a Midwest transplant who instantly fell in love with the variety of outdoor activities in the great northwest.
Naps with his English Bulldog, Ellie and traveling to new and far off places, keeps his life in balance.
Speaking of far off places, Jay was most recently spent his time at a yoga retreat in Bali.
