Beer + Yoga at Hale's Ales

  • Hale's Ales Brewery and Taproom (map)

The morning begins with an hour long, all levels, Yoga practice. Immediately following our practice we will move to the bar for a pint of your favorite Hale's Ales brew. Leave your worries at the door, get your body in motion, taste some of Seattle's finest craft beer, and get to know your community.

About the Venue: Hale's has been an innovator on the Craft beer scene since 1983. Founded from a passion for English brewing methods, Hales first introduced cask and nitrogen conditioned ales to the region. Brewers continue to innovate by crafting tasty brews that explore the boundaries of style categories. With 10 of their 20 beers on tap rotating, brewers continually get to play with botanicals, spices, new hop varieties and mixed fermentation to bring new flavors and experiences to the visitors at their Ballard and Bremerton taprooms.
