About the Venue: Capitol Cider was created and built in the style of a public house. They envisioned a warm and welcoming place for people to gather, share, savor and commune. Capitol Cider is 100% Gluten Free, they don’t believe that gluten-free is a fad or a small niche audience. They've developed a delicious menu that dazzles with its fresh take on old favorites, while being 100% (naturally) gluten-free.
